Exit code 2755 when installing ESET Remote Administrator to Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 (3.0)

If you are installing ESET Remote Administrator to Windows Server 2000, 2003, or 2008 and the installation fails with the error "exit code 2755", it may be due to how Terminal Services are configured on the server.
